Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Subscriptions, billing, and payments

Subscription plans, fees, billing cycles, taxes, cancellations, and changes are governed by the pricing page or order form. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with security, access systems unlawfully, or resell the Service without authorisation.

Prohibited uses

You may not violate laws, infringe rights, bypass access controls, scrape unlawfully, generate excessive traffic, or upload malicious code.

Confidentiality and customer data

Your confidential information remains yours. We do not use your non-public data to benefit competitors. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

GetPrice retains all rights in the Site and Service. You receive a limited licence to use the Service during your subscription.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

Third-party services

We are not responsible for third-party services or websites integrated with the Service.

Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Outputs based on third-party data may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, subject to applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GetPrice against claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
